- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had an accident on 12-9-16. Heard from Vanliner attorney while at the scene. Silence for 2 weeks. Never heard from adjuster Ken Arthur until I spoke to attorney 3.5 weeks after accident. Adjuster has ZERO people skills, very inept,misleading, and down right lied to me. Every time it came time for going forward, he'd wait till Friday to react. Piss poor representative on my behalf.
