  Worst hospital I've ever had to go to, the E.R wait and employees are horrible for one. Waited for 2 hours for my fiance to be seen (only 4 maybe 5 patients in the waiting area) she had shortness of breath after fainting and falling at work. At what kind of an ER do you wait for 2 hours just to be seen? Especially when mentioning the faint, fall as well as shortness of breath?!?!? She was supposed to have a drug test done right away when she came in and the hospital staff didn't bother to tell us this until she got discharged, meanwhile I've got a 1 and a half year old in the back seat of my car while I'm typing this. 5 PATIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM!!!! HOW MANY DOCS DID U GUYS HAVE ON STAFF AT ST. CLARE HOSPITAL FENTON AT 6 PM 1?!?!? ON top of that her nurse was so rude, she acted like she hated her job, do your JOB lady I don't owe you JACK! You may say she's had a rough day, I get really bad rough days and still keep my cool so can she. My fiance said she waited over half an hour for the nurse just to let her go to the restroom!!!! She's a premaddona too. You guys are here to provide a friendly patient service as well as a professional attitude while doing your job. You act like a circus not a hospital!!! Way to go guys GRADE A F*** UP !!!! I think I'll go to a hospital in India if I'm ever dying instead of coming here..... HORRIBLE! P.S - St. CLARE " Hospital " don't bother REPLYING to me because it's funny how when ever i read thru these atrocious comments of your hospital how you always leave the same automated comment.... just look at their feedback it's always the same reply to the patient but nothing is obviously ever improved!!!!! IMPROVE or face SHUT DOWN you guys aren't invincible.

  Just had a minor procedure completed at the St. Clare Hospital Procedure Center. Everything was amazing from beginning to end....the registration support, welcome center staff and of course, the wonderful nurses. Everything was so organized, clean, friendly and professional. Would recommend the procedure center to anyone who is needing outpatient services.
